This is a clickable mock of how the bot behaves once installed — not a live bot yet. A member joins your group, gets activated manually or by paying through the bot, and SubGuard tracks their plan to the day. When a subscription is due it tags the member, keeps a self-updating roster with check marks, and charges the late penalty you set. Join and never subscribe, and you’re nudged then removed after 7 days. Admins run everything from a Telegram mini-app. Flip through the three screens below.

/activate @jane_d monthly/subscribe monthlyEvery new member is welcomed and prompted to activate. Nobody slips in unpaid — the bot knows who hasn't started a plan.
An admin runs /activate @user plan, or the member pays the bot (Paystack / Flutterwave / bank transfer). Either way the clock starts.
Configurable reminders (e.g. 3 days before, on the day). The bot @-mentions the exact person so it lands in their notifications.
Set a grace period and a per-day fee. The bot computes the running balance and can restrict or remove access when overdue.
A pinned message the bot edits in place — no spam, always current.
Each member carries a live status glyph. The bot re-edits the same pinned message every time a payment clears or a plan lapses, so the list never goes stale and never floods the chat.
Paid, due-soon, and expired are bucketed automatically. Admins glance once and know exactly who to chase — the “due soon” window is whatever you configure.
Expired members display their accruing late fee inline, or removed once the bot has revoked access per your rules.
People who joined but never subscribed get their own section with a countdown to removal — so nobody sits in the group unpaid and unnoticed.
Pinned in the group for everyone, and mirrored in the admin mini-app as a filterable table (next tab). Same data, two surfaces.
Runs inside Telegram as a Web App, or as a standalone web dashboard on your cPanel host.
